NUGENISEduard Rappold ist Arzt, Forscher und Autor mit Fokus auf Epigenetik, Prävention und gesundes Altern.
Seine Arbeit verbindet wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse aus der Alzheimerforschung, Mitochondrienbiologie und Stressregulation mit praktischen Strategien zur Erhaltung der Gesundheit.
Als Gründer von NUGENIS verfolgt er ein zentrales Ziel:
biologische Regulation verstehen – und gezielt unterstützen.
Seine Konzepte basieren auf der Erkenntnis, dass Gesundheit kein Zufall ist, sondern das Ergebnis steuerbarer Prozesse auf zellulärer Ebene.
Im Mittelpunkt stehen dabei epigenetische Mechanismen, die durch Ernährung, Lebensstil und Umwelt beeinflusst werden können.
